An absolute novelty in the field of filtering food cooking fumes.
The blast chiller consists of a stainless steel casing inside which air is washed with water and detergent. Water and detergent are contained in the lower part of the machine and are cycled by a pump single-phase pump contained in an easy-to-inspect compartment.

The ‘BLU’ is produced in two versions, which differ in the way of start-up and shutdown.
“blu” innovation
The ‘BLU’ blast chiller is an absolute novelty in the field of filtering fumes from food cooking, so it is suitable for restaurants, canteens and the food industry in general.
This blast chiller has a filtration efficiency approaching 90% (tests carried out by Lavoro Ambiente at the Milan Polytechnic).
“BLU” has a very low running cost (less than one euro per day of detergent for a 3,000 mc/h plant) and a maintenance cost of just a few minutes per month.
automatic version
In the ‘Automatic’ version, the blast chiller can be remotely controlled thanks to an automated system that monitors water and detergent levels, a possible antifreeze system and any anomalies.
manual version
In the ‘Manual’ version, the operator has to go near the machine to turn it on and off by operating two taps and a switch. A Ø 600 mm porthole allows easy access to all machine components.
