Casing air extractors are particularly suitable for all rooms where requires suction, suitable for any type of environment, even very dusty ones. dusty environments.
Transmission extractors are essentially made up of:
  • Supporting structure of hollow extruded aluminium alloy profiles coupled by means of three-way joints in painted die-cast aluminium or glass-fibre reinforced nylon.
  • 25 mm thick double panelling in galvanised sheet metal inside and pre-painted galvanised sheet metal outside with polyurethane insulation in between, foamed with water and therefore free of CFCs and HCFCs.
  • Centrifugal fan of the double inlet ‘square inlet’ type with statically and dynamically balanced impeller.
  • Three-phase asynchronous electric motor with external ventilation, degree of protection IP55 class F insulation, 400V/3F/50Hz, efficiency class IE3 for power above 0.75KW, installed on belt tensioning slide.
  • Common fan-motor base made of extruded aluminium profiles on rubber anti-vibration mounts.
  • Fixed V-belt drive with V-belt and pulley with conical clamping sleeve.
  • Anti-vibration joint on the fan pressure port.
  • Inspection door with threaded inserts.

5 standard versions available, each with different possibilities of customisation especially for suction and ejection side
BV.M series casing air extractors are particularly suitable forall rooms where forced ventilation with low air flow rates is required.
They are produced in 5 versions with flow rates from 100 m³/h to 4500 m³/h with pressuresstatic depending on the characteristic curve. It is however possible to supply extractors with different special characteristics.
The following accessories can be supplied on request:
  • Support brackets for ceiling installation.
  • Control damper or intake grille.
  • Ejection vent with overpressure damper.
  • Electronic variable speed drive (only for single-speed motors).
  • 3-position speed switch plus stop.
BV.M extractors essentially consist of:
  • Supporting frame with hollow extruded aluminium alloy profiles coupled via painted die-cast aluminium or nylon three-way joints.
  • Double-wall “sandwich” panelling in pre-painted galvanised sheet metal outside and galvanised inside with polyurethane foam in between. Thickness 25 mm in the standard version.
  • Galvanised steel profile flange for connection to the suction ducting intake ducting (intake grille or manual adjustment damper on request).
  • Double-intake centrifugal fan with forward-bladed impeller balanced statically and dynamically, directly coupled to the electric motor single-phase 230V/50Hz 3-speed with 3-position switch + stop.
  • Anti-vibration joint on the pressure port and anti-vibration support brackets.
  • Inspection door for access to the fan and support feet.
  • Outdoor execution equipped with top cover panel.

CENTRIFUGAL FANS
SINGLE SUCTION
Centrifugal fan directly coupled or transmission. Manufactured in carbon steel protected against corrosion by cataphoresis painting with two-component polyurethane enamel.
BV.M series casing air extractors are particularly suitable for all rooms where forced ventilation with low air flow rates is required.
STANDARD EXECUTION
  • Design 4: Direct coupling. Impeller splined directly onto the motor shaft B3, which is supported by the chair. Maximum air temperature 100°C. With cooling fan up to 220°C.
  • Execution 5: Direct coupling. Impeller splined directly onto the shaft of the B5 motor supported by a disc fixed on the housing side.
  • Design 8: Coupled coupling. Impeller splined to cantilever. Bracket and motor mounted on a chair outside the air circuit. Maximum air temperature 100°C. With cooling fan up to 300°C.
